ROAD TO CORRUPTION. This newly-built road in Iloilo’s 2nd District stretching from San Miguel to Alimodian towns is already suffering from long stretches of deep cracks. The contractor is Clifford Construction Co., the contractor of another substandard road in Brgy. Duyan-duyan, Sta. Barbara town, still in the 2nd District. With President Benigno Aquino III’s campaign against corruption, Ilonggos expect that those responsible for this lousy road project will be held accountable.
