BASED on the records of the Department of Budget and Management (DBM), party-list Cong. Salvador “Kiting” Cabaluna received P155 million from 2010 to 2012.
He allocated and distributed his Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or “pork barrel” to the following:
1) Albay – P46 million
2) Basilan – P37.5 million
3) Misamis Oriental – P32.5 million
4) Trainings – P15 million
5) Iloilo (2nd District) – P8.99 million.
