Northern and Central Luzon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Northern Luzon which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of Luzon and Visayas will have mostly cloudy skies with with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms while Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.
Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Southwest to South will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and over the western section of Southern Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to roug.
